Spotting Signs of Fall

One of the first designs I did and posted here was a rainbow dot design. You can see that post here. The design was based on video by Love4Nails which you can see here.

I have been wanting to revisit this look for a while now and finally decided to try it out again in fallish colors.

For this, I used for the base, shapey part:
Nina Ulta Pro Like Butta (yellow)
Avon Tangtastic (orange)
NYC Plaza Plumberry (dark wine color)
NYC Park Ave (brownish color)
Rimmel Londgon English Rose (pink)

I then applied a thin coat of some L.A. Color gold polish and two coats of Wet 'n' Wild Hallucinate. Then went in with a dotting tool, all of the background colors and a regular white polish and went (a little too) dot happy!

What do you think of this design? Fall enough? Do you have any cute Fall designs planned?

Thanks for stopping by and everyone have a Tons-of-Dots Tuesday!! =)

I kinda really like this design before you added the dots.

I think I just did too many dots. I dotted away until my little heart was content and then kept on dotting! =P
I like it! I am just no good with tools and art to even attempt it!

Dotting tools (or just simple stuff like sponging, sticking on feathers or whatever) are super easy and quick to get used to! You should try out nail art, I think you'd surprise yourself! If you have the hand for jewelry, you should REALLY try some nail art!

A lot of art is really easy to do, too. It's just series of simple dots or sponging but comes out looking so complex, when it's not! With feathers and stuff, just treat it like a sticker without the sticky part. =)
I have dotting tools and stamping stuff, I just get a art block and can't decide what to do! I do like sponging, I've tried it a few times. I just saw a new technique I want to try!
I almost always try to do it with Kleancolors since they take a century to dry! Sponging is probably my favorite technique, idk why.

This is awesome! I really like it with just the collage of colors topped with the gold and hallucinate. Reminds of a painting I've seen before. Your a great dotter!
