Today I have another polish from the Sally Hansen Smooth & Perfect line, Whisper.

This one is only three coats. I let each coat dry on its own, then used Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat over the last and this one bubbled pretty badly, but it wasn't full of holes when I removed it like Sea was yesterday.
Hmm...
I suppose I could have smooshed the bubbles before it dried, but I wanted to see how it would behave when just left alone. Even though it did bubble, I still like this one. I don't know that I would layer this one over another color. It seems fairly decent by itself even though it is so sheer.
Overall, these are definitely not stamping-appropriate polishes, but they are subtle and pretty! =D
For a pastel purple, it is kind of average, but it has the same shimmer to it that is hard to pick up on camera.
