Flashy

I got 3 of the 5 new Special Effects from Finger Paints and this is 1 coat of Flashy over 1 coat of (I was feeling lazy and uncreative) Sally Hansen's Black Heart.

Then I decided to matte it:

I don't really have a lot to say about this one. Everyone has pretty much seen these.

I'm not really a huge fan of flakies, but I really like a few of these Finger Paints ones!

I can't decide which way I like it more, shiny or matte!

Yay! Glad you were finally able to get your hands on these. I'm not as crazy about flakies as everyone else either, but I really do like the finger paints I have.

That's true. But I just don't think I'll ever be able to decide which version is overall better. =P I love it so much both ways.
