A Sparkly Blue Zebra

I decided to try out stamping and sponging together, and I quite like how it turned out! ^.^

I used China Glaze Some Like it Haute as a base color, and the blue on top is Sally Hansen Blue Me Away.

The only thing I don't like about this mani is that it ended up being about 10 layers of polish! I started out with two coats of a base coat, and used a plain black underneather CG so I would then only need one coat of that yummy glitter! It was pretty rough, so I added a layer of topcoat before stamping, did two applications of sponging for the gradient, then finished off with two coats of a topcoat.

It doesn't look or feel very thick, but I am one of the most impatient people I know, so it killed me to have all that drying time! ^.^

Have you tried stamping and sponging together in one? I really like how it looks!
