My February favorites from other bloggers, in no particular order:

Fingers Polish Mania's "Got the Blues in a Good Way" nails. I just love the color blocky look to this! And she couldn't have picked a better color palette! ^.^

Precious Polish's neat Retro Floral mani:

I love the half moon flowers she did on these nails. It's really different but so cute!

Last but not least, Polish All the Nails created an amazing mosaic look with hex glitters that I fell in love with! Technically she posted it at the end of January, but I love it so much, I have to share!
