Finger Paints - 15 Minutes of Frame

I definitely love a beautiful teal! This one took 4 coats for opacity. Normally, I'm not one who prefers to go past 2, but in this case, I'm happy to make an exception! ^.^




15 Minutes to Frame dries to a semi-matte, rubbery finish, and I love it! Although it looks rather familiar...
