L.A. Colors - Cobalt

This is one coat over L.A. Colors In a Flash.

It's another one of those gorgeous, glowing polishes that most of us love so much! It is very close to being a metallic, but not close enough for me to banish it to the "rarely used" drawer.

Cobalt probably wouldn't take much for opacity on it's own, but since I was already wearing In a Flash, I thought they'd complement each other fairly well.
