Zoya - Ali

I picked this one up when they offered it as part of a free trio in February, and I really like it! Of course, like any neon, it is a pain and a half to photograph, but it is so bright and pretty! I tried to play with the coloring a little in Photoshop, but it still isn't spot-on accurate!

I've shown it on the my pointer and middle fingers without topcoat, and with one coat of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri on my ring finger and pinkie.

It does dry to a semi-matte finish and takes 3 coats for complete coverage. I definitely like it more glossy, it just shines and beams like crazy in person!
