Once again, I've had absolutely no time at all to gather my favorites from other bloggers, but my favorite three manis I did this month are:
3. Holo Rainbow Seahorses
2. Halo Hues Drag Marble

Seven Deadly Sins Series - Envy
For Envy nails, the challenge was to recreate another competitor's mani.
I chose the chocolate cover strawberry spun sugar nails done by both Magnifique Nails and The Nail Polish Challenge for the Gluttony challenge.

Born Pretty Store Polish Remover Pens Review
So you saw the water-based polish I got from Born Pretty Store, and you've seen their awesome Gangnam Style/Psy stamping plate, but how did I clean those nails up after I stamped them to get a neat line at the cuticle?
I used these polish remover pens from Born Pretty Store.

Rainbows and Ice Cream: Skittles Nails - An IG Collaboration
I did some matching quadruplet nails with a few other girls on Instagram!
Our color scheme was rainbow, with the theme of ice cream, and we did a sort of skittles look: one nail a marble, one a gradient, one glitter, and the fourth finger and your thumb however you wanted.
So I used a lot of stuff for this mani!

The one I have is #29, a dark blue.

Seven Deadly Sins Series - Wrath: Part 2
The second theme for Wrath nails in the Seven Deadly Sins Series is to "find something that blows your top and express it with your nail art!"
For me, that's driving.
I love you all. This is such a wonderful community. But once I get behind the wheel of a car, I hate all of you with a passion. -.-
I have ridiculous road rage and cannot stand any other driver on the street. They are all either stupid because they don't use their turn signal, jackasses because they pull out in front of you, or just plain irritating because they like to blare their crappy music and drive 10 MPH.
Either way, I'm sure I'll have my license revoked by the time I'm 40! I digress... I'm one of those jerk drivers that won't let you into my lane. You should have been over here five minutes ago if you knew you needed to turn right. Your problem not mine, pay attention. I will not sit around at a four-way stop for 20 minutes before someone decides to go. I'll make the decision for you. Oh, I'm sorry. This is a one-lane street and I'm already doing 30 in a 25 but you still want to ride my ass? Whoops, now we're doing 15 the whole way! That's what you get for pissing me off!
So in inspiration of the immense enjoyment I get from driving and having to deal with the idiots of society who shouldn't be allowed to own cars, I did some asphalt nails!

Seven Deadly Sins Series - Wrath: Halo Hues + BM204 and SE19 = Holo Rainbow Seahorses
... Could I have made that title any longer?? ^.^
Anyway. For the first Wrath theme, the prompt was "get mad trying, again, that technique you know is going to be a fail".
Well... What is something I am terrible at? Stamping. Definitely.
Have I made my point yet? Can we move on now?

2013 Color Club Halo Hues Drag Marble
Ready for picture overload?!
When I originally did these nails, I was so excited I immediately had to share them on Instagram, and they remain my third most liked design on IG!
I used the 2013 Color Club Halo Hues for this drag marble.

KBShimmer - Shattered Heart
Of my awesome KBShimmer purchase, this one was the least impressive.
Here I've shown two thick coats over Zoya Ali and it had to be recolored in Photoshop to make it brighter and more color-accurate.

Seven Deadly Sins Series - Sloth
One of the themes for the Sloth part of the Seven Deadly Sins challenge is "don't try too hard but explain to everyone how to do something really easy", as in a tutorial.
My Sloth nails for this challenge are so lazy I didn't even use a single nail polish!
I have quick video tutorial on how I use denture tablets to whiten my nails for the theme.

Graduation Griffon Nails
I'm officially a college graduate as of yesterday! I thought I'd never see the day but it finally came and I am so glad to be done with school! I just can't wait to pay back thousands of dollars in student loans! =P
Want to see the nails I did for my graduation?
The school's colors are black and gold, so obviously I had to include them. I'd also bought my baby girl a onsie to wear to the ceremony that has a grey and golden yellow striped griffon (the school's mascot) on it, which is what inspired the griffon I painted on my middle finger.

Ombre Drag Marble
I picked up all three of the China Glaze Ombre sets and wanted to use all 12 polishes in one mani, so this is what I decided on!
Textured Dot Tips
I had an interview the other day, so I went with a subtle, plain mani of China Glaze Something Sweet.

Wet'n'Wild - Blue Wants to be a Millionaire
I found Wet'n'Wild Blue Wants to be a Millionaire in a clearance bin and snagged it.
It seemed pretty sheer, so I decided to swatch it at one, two, three and four coats as shown above.

April Empties
I'm a week late, but here goes it...
This is my first "empties" post, so bare with me.
I like seeing reviews like this for products when I am looking to buy something, so here is what I finished up in April.

It is mostly moisturizers. I don't use a ton of beauty products otherwise.
Funky Drag Marble
I don't know what my deal is with drag marbles but I just can't stop!
After I did my pastel primary drag marble with Sweet Hook, I had the desire to do another one with the same purple.

Seven Deadly Sins Series - Greed
The first theme of Greed week for the Seven Deadly Sins Series is to "go wild and use your most expensive and precious polish".
That was a close one for me because I have one Illamasqua, retailing for $14 USD and one butter LONDON worth $15 USD.
I decided to just use both Illamasqua Phallic and butter LONDON Marrow to create a cloud mani. I wanted each layer to be outlined in white, though, so I put down a cloud of China Glaze White on White before each color.
Another polish I consider to be precious is Leprechaun Farts from 365 Days of Color. I love it because it is LE, has a wonderful name, and is a beautiful glitter that looks great paired with anything. Plus it was my first indie purchase. So I added a very thin coat of it to finish my nails off!

Chocolaty Delight Nails
I need to redeem myself for the monstrosity I showed you earlier! So...
My theme for this manicure was gradients and dots in brown, tan and white.
I used Revlon Espresso, NYC French White, and OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons.
Sun in the Moon Nails
I really really don't even want to show you this one... >.<
I had a cute idea. Do half moon nails, but make them suns. Sounds simple, right?
Well I apparently can paint gradients and intricate palm trees but cannot manage a freakin' half circle with some lines coming off of it...
No, seriously... It's bad.
You sure you wanna see?
Well alright...

KBShimmer - No Whine Left
Since the stacked polish I showed you yesterday only wanted to work on the first nail, I decided to just cover the others and leave Bruiser as an accent.

Blackheart Beauty - Bruiser
I have another Blackheart Beauty stacked polish to share with you! This one is called Bruiser and is stacked purple, blue, and green.
Peace, Love and Polish Guest Post
Congrats to Heather, she had her baby!
I have a guest post over at Peace, Love and Polish today to give her a little break from blogging so she can snuggle that cute face! Check it out to see what I added on top of this gradient to welcome her beautiful new baby boy!

Zoya - Liberty
Kicking off May the right way!
How much do I love Zoya? Come on, say it with me: WAY TOO MUCH!
How much do I love the textured polish trend? 1,000 times more than the crackle, magnetic, spotted, caviar, flocking powder.... you get the point.
Textures, like mattes, are one of the best finishes! They look awesome, but if you want shiny, all you have to do is add topcoat and it is a whole different polish!
