Wet'n'Wild - Blue Wants to be a Millionaire

I found Wet'n'Wild Blue Wants to be a Millionaire in a clearance bin and snagged it.

It seemed pretty sheer, so I decided to swatch it at one, two, three and four coats as shown above.

The brush on this was pretty obnoxious, actually. Wide and frayed, very difficult to control the polish with.

Beautiful color, though. I love the scattered holo in it!
