KBShimmer - The Dancing Green

KBShimmer is probably my favorite indie polish. When I put on The Dancing Green, I immediately knew what kind of nail art I wanted to do on top!

I've done palm tree silhouettes many times, but never a human. So I decided I wanted to try my hand at the silhouette of a dancing girl to go with the polish.

I actually quite like how she turned out too! Except I just realized she either has an Adam's Apple or broken neck.... :/

I had to Google "dancing silhouette" to get an idea of what I was trying to do, so I just kind of combined what I found there into one image that was more on the simple side to paint.

I actually had messed this up. I painted the girl, then when I topcoatded my green bled and turned the girl pale green. So I went back over most of it with white again, leaving a few gaps and small bits of light green outline here and there. But we're going to say that was on purpose because I like it. I think it looks kind of neat with a second color and somewhat shadowy effect in there. ^.^

What do you think? Successful for my first attempt?
