I love rainbows. I love neons. I hate cold, dreary winter. So to liven up the lamery, I got the idea to paint some bright and fun snowflakes!
And I asked Christabell from Christabell Nails to create her own version of this mani with me!

I ended up adding a matte topcoat because it pretty much instantly improves anything. :)
