Mommy's Mani Monday: Floral - Half Moon Daisies

Welcome back to another Mommy's Mani Monday - a more cheerful start to one of the worst days of the week! :)

Our floral prompt this week was very vague, and I decided to keep it simple with some daisies.

I started with a base of Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Shimmer Blue and topped that with the thinnest coat of Sinful Colors Hottie for a bit of iridescent sparkle.

I wanted to try and make my flower mani a little more unique, and I got the idea to just do half-daisies at my cuticles, with a daisy print accent nail. I started with a bunch of grey petals to give the flower a little depth, with white petals in between, and finished off with Daily Hues Shimmer Yellow subtly dotted with Sinful Colors Unicorn for my centers. All matted for a gorgeous, flat finish, of course!

And the base by itself just because I really loved the look of it plain before the daisies too!
