I have a simple glitter topper combo for Fourth of July tomorrow: Mentality Polish Tough topped with Salon Perfect Liberty Bubbles.
The glitter looks dense in the bottle but it isn't. There's a ton of clear base in there, so I needed three sponged coats with a ton of fishing for and placement of the large circle glitters!
I ended up adding a matte topcoat just for the fun of it, but I think I like the shiny version best.
