During our Digit-al Dozen childhood themed week, I fell so in love with
this reflection mani Laurie did! So I put my own spin on it to kick off neon week today!
After my base gradient, I stamped the top images then created decals with the same images and flipped them upside down for the reflection.
I'm excited to see the plethora of neon from everyone else this week!
