I'm not really sure what I was going for with my final DD neon mani. I started with a base of Julep Ilsa (a surprisingly amazing one-coater!), then added some random grape-like berry things, with some foliage and.... yellow lightning bugs (fireflies)? Not sure what the yellow dots are, I was just trying to fill some empty space. All my neons are from Parrot Polish.
