Twinsie Tuesday: Shiny and Matte Combo - Freshwater Bling

I went beachy for this week's Twinsie Tuesday. It is difficult to tell, but my water and flowers have a shiny topcoat; my sand and sea treasures have a matte topcoat.

For the water I used Jessica Sparkle, with flower fimos. For the sand I used Zoya Taylor, with half-pearls and gold seashell studs.
