The Digit-al Dozen does Autumn: Day 1 - Yellow & Grey Houndstooth and a Squirrel Silhouette w/ Fluffy Tail

The Digit-al Dozen is back! For all of October, we will be doing autumn themed manis!

At first I wasn't at all excited about the theme. All I could think of was leaves and pumpkins! Then I remembered the Easter bunny nails I've done a couple of times where I used flocking powder to make them fluffy. So I Googled squirrels, now I have no idea where I found it because that was six months ago, and I saw a purse with a fuzzy-tailed squirrel on it. So I combined the two ideas, and came up with this look!

I tried thinking a little outside the box with this one, and love how it turned out!

I used Poparazzi Teeny Yellow Bikini for my base. For being so cheap, these are surprisingly nice polishes, although they're not 5-free, but that doesn't bother me. Over that I stamped with Bundle Monster plate BM-322 and Ya Qin An grey stamping polish #16 from Born Pretty Store.

To take these cute little rabies-carriers to the next level, I added black flocking powder to just their tails!
