Whimsical Halloween Night Sky

I originally had no idea what I wanted to do for my post on Marisa's blog, but decided on a whimsical Halloween night sky since the holiday is coming up quicker than ever!

I started with a 3-coat base of Poparazzi Orchid Crush, the moon is Poparazzi Teeny Yellow Bikini, and the stars are Virtuous Polish Chastity. The flying witch and bats are vinyls from Lou it Yourself that I stuck down and sealed in with topcoat rather than free handing them.
