The Digit-al Dozen does Pinterest: Day 5 & A Weekly Dose of Rainbows: Rainbow Night

Since today is the fourth day of Digit-al Dozen's Inspired by Pinterest week and it is A Weekly Dose of Rainbows today with the prompt "rainbow night", I decided to do another 2-for-1 look inspired by this pin.

For my version, I started on a base of Pro Nail Lacquer The Little Black Dress. For the shooting stripes I used Virtuous Polish's Seven Virtues neons and Parrot Polish Sea Star, plus silver star studs. 

And of course I had to have a little fun playing with these in my black light too! I just absolutely love how this design turned out!
