For this look, I started with two coats of Lucky Lacquer Ariel, and it was just begging me to add some fun 3D seashells! After a couple thick coats of Seche Vite to make sure the shells weren't going anywhere, I finished everything off with a matte topcoat, which gave the glitters a cool iridescent look instead of holographic.
And just for fun, a shot of this mani while it was still shiny because I really liked the look of it that way too!
