For every holiday, one of my daughter's favorite things to do is help hang window clings. For winter this year, we did owls skiing, and wearing scarves and hats. So to replicate our theme, I used these cute owl water decals and put them over a base of OPI My Vampire is Buff topped with Julep Diamond Theory.
