A Weekly Dose of Rainbows: Rainbow Fireworks

My attempt at this week's theme didn't quite turn out like I expected, they look more like sea anemones! But anyway, here they are. I used Anonymous Lacquer Magik holo topcoat over black, then Dermelect Moxie, Above It, Luxurious, and Julep Hayden and Dawn for the bursts at the tips.
