Anonymous Lacquer: Purple Holo Comparison

*Some polishes in this post were press samples, some I purchased.*

Purple holos are something Anonymous Lacquer does really well! I own four from her, and wanted to see how they all looked compared to each other! All four polishes have great formulas and were easy to apply!

  • On my index nail is Purple Rainbows, one of her first polishes! It is a more grey-toned jelly holo, opaque in two coats. This one has the strongest holographic effect and is still one of my all-time favorites from Anonymous Lacquer. Unfortunately I don't think this one is available anymore.

  • Royal Highness from the Holiday Princess collection of 2015 is on my middle nail. It is the warmest of the bunch and also opaque in two coats.

  • Next is Mermaid Magic, my most recent acquisition, from the Awesome Sauce Indie Box. Mermaid Magic is opaque in just one coat, and is the most blue-toned of the four. This polish is exclusive to the box, which will be available for pre-order January 29th. Click here to see my swatches of all the polishes in that box.

  • Finally on my pinky is Mine from The Brotherhood Series collection. Mine is the darkest and most unique in that it has bits of pink glitter mixed in as well. It was opaque in two thin coats.

Overall, I can't pick a favorite! I love each one for different reasons! Which is your favorite?

Very helpful to see these compared!
It depends on my mood what shade of purple I'm into...right now I'd say Mermaid, but they are all pretty!! Can't go wrong with purple holo, wearing Nabi Dark Purple holo myself right now! Thank goodness we had sun this weekend so I could enjoy it!!

You're very right! Holo is always a fabulous choice!! I'll have to Google that one, I haven't seen it.
they are all so pretty, and just different enough to have all of them
