40 Great Nail Art Ideas - Pale Blue Base & Blue Roses

For this week's Crumpet's Nail Tarts 40 Great Nail Art Ideas challenge, the theme was "pale blue base" and my individual prompt was "stripes". I sort of randomly chose the white and blue for my stripes (Pro Nail Lacquer Lady in White and Poparrazi Shell Me More). 

Then it needed something extra, so I decided on freehand roses. I don't normal do floral nails, but I've been liking them more and more lately. So I used Sally Hansen In Prompt Blue, Whim I'll Send You a Postcard, China Glaze UV Meant to Be, and Sinful Colors Envy for my flowers; plus I added a couple of silver bead studs to each nail and topped everything off with a heavy helping of Seche Vite.

Surprisingly, I absolutely loved how this one turned out!
