Fuzzy bunny butts!!
I saw some cake decorating candies at Walmart that were the backs of sitting bunnies. I thought they were ridiculously cute and wanted to recreate them on my nails, so I took from the candies and evolved it into basically different colored bunny silhouettes; then added my own spin on them with flocking powder for the fluffy tails. I've done fuzzy bunnies with flocking powder before (here and here, plus squirrels here and polar bears here) and I just love how adorable they are every time!
For my base I used Sinful Colors Cool Gray, then from pointer to pinky, China Glaze Lady and the Vamp, Finger Paints Pink-Ment, China Glaze What a Pansy, and China Glaze S'More Fun for the bunnies. All outlined with Spoiled by Wet'n'Wild Correction Tape, and a little Easter stamping on my thumb using Born Pretty Store's plate BP-60.
And because I still liked the bunnies before I added the velvet, a couple shots pre-powder:
What do you think? Fun, right?! What types of Easter manis have you done so far this year?
Thanks for stopping by!
