Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by Jewelry - African Jade Foil Nails

This week's Twinsie Tuesday look is inspired by jewelry. I got a bunch of foils from Dollar Nail Art and wanted to play with them, so I used the African Jade faux stone foil as a full mani.

It actually covered almost perfectly and was really easy to work with for full coverage in one go!

It wasn't too bad with this one, but I'd also like to get a water-based topcoat to keep my foils from cracking. Let me know if you have any good recommendations! I looked at Piggy Paint but didn't find a topcoat, and I don't know of any other water-based polish brands.

As always, thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out the other Twinsies!

Thanks! I love that place, it's like a cheap hoarders heaven haha!
This is so pretty Amber! I think the cracks actually make it look even more like real stone!

Love this! I'm gonna have to check out a dollar store sometime soon. I haven't been to one in a long time, but I always see so many cool beauty things on everyone's blogs that came from there!

Thank you! This one actually came from dollarnailart.com. It's a fantastic site for foils!
If you don't mind putting non-cosmetically approved products on your nails, apparently water-base clear varnish by "J W Etc" works well.

Idk that sounds slightly terrifying. Definitely interesting, I'd have to some though and check out the ingredients first. Thanks for the tip!
OMG, I can't portray the amount I cherish this. I am not a major nail-craftsmanship individual since I incline toward straightforward things, so this is absolutely my style! The tastefulness of the dark and gold together is chic stunning. I'm not colossal on nail workmanship either, for the most part since I'm anxious, yet this was overly simple and straightforward. I unquestionably like it superior to a full gold tip. Now and again out of control french tips appear somewhat affected so this was an ideal parity for me!
