It is the last day of whimsy week for the Digit-al Dozen, and today is 40 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge day, so I've again combined the themes "neon" and "whimsy" with a Fresh Paints Guava mani (totally not color-accurate, it is a gorgeous 2-coat, neon coral in person) and an overload of 3D mermaid-themed bling, seashells, and pearls!
