The Digit-al Dozen does Whimsy: You Make Me Smile

For today's Digit-al Dozen whimsical mani, I used Girly Bits Fragments as my base, then wrote the words "you make me smile" with acrylic paint, and added some flowers and dots with a few Sally Hansen polishes:

• Bright On!
