Summer Neons Dotticure

I missed the 40 Great Nail Art Ideas prompt using a beige polish and color, so to make up for it, I've got this fun matte and shiny combo dotticure look.

I started with a base of Zoya Jacqueline, then dotted on a bunch of colors from the Virtuous Polish Seven Virtues collection. I went sans topcoat so the dots would stay matte.
