The Digit-al Dozen does Negative Space: 3D Neon Shells & Sand

For the first day of Digit-al Dozen's Negative Space week I used OPI Honey Ryder to create uneven French tips, then added multiple 3D neon seashell studs on top. This is also a make-up mani for last week's A Weekly Dose of Rainbows "Inspired by the Season" theme and the 40 Great Nail Art Ideas "things in the water" theme.
