Happy Halloween! My final celebratory mani is a fun and simple ghost look. I applied blue loose glitter (it was marketed as being holo but I don't see it at all) over a base coat, then stuck on some ghost vinyls from You Polish, and sealed everything in with a couple coats of Seche Vite!
I just love how vinyls hug the nail, and they're great as stickers rather than just as stencils!
