Digit-al Dozen Birthday Special: Geometric Holo Foil Nails

This month's Digit-al Dozen birthday mani is a fun one but was a difficult one! It took me until yesterday to finally figure out how I was going to interpret our computer chip inspiration image into nail art, then still I just winged it!

I got the idea to try a silver holo foil and found one in my drawer from Dollar Nail Art called Sterling Roads that has a geometric look to it. I originally planned to do square blocking of holo foil, but ended up liking the foil solo better so I just left it over a coat of Rica Blackout. It definitely isn't a very precise dupe of the inspiration image, but I don't think I could have gotten any closer!

Happy birthday month to my fellow DD'ers Kristi and Cathy, hope you both enjoyed your days!

Thank you! :) I feel like some just work better than others. Dollar Nail Art's foil glue transformed my foil game entirely too!
A very pretty foil!
