Pastel 3D Holiday Lights

I didn't quite achieve the look I was going for with this one, but it was fun nonetheless. Unfortunately the rhinestones I used were too big to make this design really wearable, but I'll be sharing another version tomorrow that is. I used Rica Blackout for the background to my faux lights, and the teardrop stones are from Born Pretty Store.
