Triangular Geometric Christmas Stamping

Press Sample/Affiliate Link

I decided to amp up my red and green Christmas gradient with a pop of gold. I used a no-name gold glitter from a set of snowman shaped bottles I got last year when they were 50% off. Being a cheapie polish, I didn't expect much from it, but got a good amount of glitter in just one coat, and ended up absolutely loving how the whole mani meshed!

Of course then I wanted to try out my new clear stamper from Born Pretty Store and added some geometric triangular stamping from plate BP-L054 in white.

I've been itching to get my hands on one of these babies! I've seen so many fantastic reviews of the chunky clear stamper, I wanted to try it out for myself! Rumor has it that this stamper offers much better control since the handle is so stumpy. I would agree with that, but I wasn't a big fan of the stamper head. Maybe it is because I chose a geometrical stamp, but I felt like it was a little too firm to get the images on my nails very straight and even, though it does have much more give to it than the Original Clear Jelly Stamper. I'll definitely have to keep playing with this stamper, though, because it has wonderful clarity, was easy to use and align, and it picked up the images beautifully!
