For my second black mani of Digit-al Dozen week, I combined it with Twinsie Tuesday's "Inspired by the Season" prompt, and since today is Valentine's Day, I decided on a lace stamp image from Born Pretty Store's plate BP-L028. I used Rica's Blackout to stamp over a base of Sally Hansen's Big Smoky Topcoat.
