For Mommy's Mani Monday this week we did designs inspired by the 1980's. I went for a fun Pac-Man look. For my design, I started with a base of Rica Blackout. I painted some striping tape blue to use for my lines, added dots with Rica Whiteout, and used OPI Need Sunglasses? for Pac-Man.
