The Digit-al Dozen does Paper: Neon Paper Towel Marble

For my forth DD mani of the week, I utilized the paper theme by using actual paper towels to create my nail art. Much like the additive version of the cling wrap marble, I let my base color dry, then painted a strip of a second polish on a folded piece of paper towel, then stamped that on my nails.

The two neons I used are from Color Club: All Dolled Up (pink) and Tic-Tac-Toe (green).
