My final mani for The Digit-al Dozen's continental week is for Antarctica. I used Dollar Nail Art's Sterling Roads nail foil over OPI Birthday Babe and tried to give it a cracked ice appearance with a bit of watered down white and blue using Rica Whiteout and Wet'n'Wild Sky Me Mine.
