Mani #2 for the week, I spotted Euphoric Lacquer Skyhighartist sitting on my shelf, untouched for years now, and wanted to do something with it, so I thought fun, glittered lollipops would suffice.
I used Revlon Pink Lingerie as the base, and ended up hiding most of the glitter in the candy with white outlining, but they still turned out okay.
