The Digit-al Dozen Looks Up: Clouds

I went predictable for my first mani of Digit-al Dozen's "Look Up" week where we are inspired by just that: looking up. I used China Glaze Shower Together dry brushed with OPI Can't Find My Czechbook for the base, then Rica Whiteout for my clouds.
