I've always liked the idea of dip powder systems, so I wanted to give Born Pretty Store's version a go.
They sent me a couple of their powders: a glittery pastel pink powder and a solid pink (I purchased the base/topcoat, activator, and brush cleaner myself) to try.
The base/topcoat was pretty slow to try, but it wasn't bad to work with. Unfortunately the glitter powder took four thick coats to become opaque (therefore I never tried the regular pink as it was also very sheer and I had no desire to sit through that hour or so of time again). I mean it was sturdy and lasted, but I don't like how thick it ended up. Maybe a more opaque color would better suit my style.
